Mr. Miazga is an Associate with Goense & Company in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miazga was with Goense Bounds & Partners, a private equity firm he joined in 2006. During his time with Goense Bounds & Partners, his responsibilities included analysis of investment opportunities, the acquisition and monitoring of portfolio companies, and market/industry research. Prior to joining Goense Bounds & Partners, Mr. Miazga worked as an investment banking analyst with Goldman Sachs & Co. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Mr. Miazga graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Finance.
