Ms. Leung joined Goense & Company in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she helped launch the boutique executive search firm Cavoure Advisors, where she was an engagement manager recruiting senior executives into both the consumer and industrial industries. Ms. Leung worked with the founders of Cavoure at Heidrick & Struggles, one of the largest global executive search firms. She started her recruiting career with Citadel Investment Group where she was an internal recruiter supporting several investment strategies. Before launching her career into recruiting, Ms. Leung spent time with Bain & Company. She has a bachelors of science in communications from Northern Illinois University and is currently attending Kendall College to pursue her education in culinary arts.
