We have a proven track record of delivering superior financial returns and operational results for our partners and investors, while assuming relatively low risk. We have managed over $1 billion in private equity investments and personally invested approximately $200 million in private equity capital in 16 platform companies; realized results have yielded 4.0x invested capital and a gross IRR of 34%.
The firm’s principals have more than 80 years of operational and private equity investing experience. During our careers, we have served in numerous professional capacities, including founder / owner, senior executive, board member, investment banker, commercial lender, management consultant and investor. As a result, we provide a unique perspective to each portfolio company and are experts in working with, investing in and growing smaller middle market companies.
We are true partners, as we provide much more than capital to our portfolio companies. We offer strategic and operational guidance and support throughout the lifespan of an investment. More importantly, as we have served in many roles throughout our careers, we bring deep industry knowledge and a vast professional network which we utilize to augment our portfolio companies.
